2026 California State 1600 Meter Champion, Maximo Zavaletta of King HS (Hip #14), wins the "Officer Michael Paredes Mile" at the Hi-Racer Meet of Champions. Cam Yarbrough of Del Norte (Hip #9), who was 5th in the State Meet 1600, placed second, and Clovis East standout, Marcus Salinas, (Hip #9) was 3rd.
